Applejacks is a category blurring hybrid of Cider cut with Vodka. The inspired collaboration of Premium New Zealand Cider and infamous vodka label, 42BELOW was conjured up to combat the face-pulling sweetness often associated with other ciders. Pippin Dry is made with Cox Pippin apples and has a crisp apple hit with a dry, less-sweet flavour.

  • 60ml APPLEJACKS Ginger Jive
  • 45ml 42BELOW Vodka
  • 30ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml Ginger syrup
  • 15ml Egg white

Add non-carbonated ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Add cubed ice and shake to strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice. Finish with a topping of APPLEJACKS Ginger Jive

Garnish: Ginger slice

Old Kiwi 

  • 60ml APPLEJACKS Pippin Dry
  • 45ml BACARDI Gold rum
  • 30ml Lime juice
  • 15ml Rich sugar syrup
  • 2 sage leaves
  • 2 dashes of angostura bitters

Add non-carbonated ingredients into a cocktail shaker to shake and strain into a well-chilled cocktail glass. Top with chilled APPLEJACKS to finish

Garnish: Sage leaf
